"I have had a very unsatisfactory experience with Royal Enfield Service Center – Uma Rider, Sector 63, Noida, across multiple visits. Within just 20 days after servicing, my bike chain started making excessive noise. I regularly lubricate the chain, and before the service the chain was smooth and silent. This issue started only after their service, which clearly indicates improper servicing. Before the service, the bike was running smoothly. After the service, I noticed the back wheel felt jammed, and the engine felt under unnecessary load, which was never an issue earlier. The behavior of the service representative was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of listening carefully to the problem, they argued with me and showed no interest in resolving the issue properly. The pricing of spare parts is unreasonably high, making the service feel overpriced and unjustified. For comparison, I had a very good experience at Mahadev Royal Enfield Service Center, where the service quality and staff behavior were much better. Unfortunately, every visit to Uma Rider (I have visited 5 times) has resulted in a bad and disappointing experience. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with Uma Rider’s service quality, technical expertise, pricing, and customer handling. I would not recommend this service center to other Royal Enfield owners and strongly suggest improvements in both service quality and customer interaction."

"I received my bike today and it is working well now. The issues were resolved properly after follow-ups. Special thanks to Suman Shukla for his support and coordination, and mechanic Zahid for doing a good job on the bike. Their efforts made a positive difference. Overall, the experience improved and the bike was delivered in good condition."

"I am extremely disappointed with the recent service I received. The bike was not washed properly—dirt and grime were clearly visible even after the so-called "cleaning." This is unacceptable, especially when I paid for a complete wash and expected at least basic standards of cleanliness. Additionally, the overall service was subpar and far from what was promised. There seems to be a serious lack of attention to detail and customer care. I request this issue be escalated and addressed immediately. I expect a proper resolution or compensation for the poor service delivered."

"Worst experience ever! I have given my machine on 10th Jan 2026 and then they told to deliver it on 11th Jan 2026 or by 12th Jan because of their busy schedule. That was okay for me until they repair or service my machine properly. But they delayed and i had to call them on 14th Jan as they did not reach out to me about the status of service of my motorcycle. They then told on 14th Jan that it is ready. When i reached and received my machine. I did not noticed if they did something. Even they charged for wheel alignment also, but still my front wheel has alignment issue. Totally waste of money. Even staff is not good, they didnt have time to check the problem also."

"UNPROFESSIONAL FOLKS. I came for service on 12th Nov for my him450 and they told me that the meter is faulty and would be replaced, and they called me after 1 month to come as the meter has been delivered. I came in the month of December'25 and then they told me that the meter is unavailable, so i told them to call me when they have the meter. Today i came on 28th Jan at 12PM and now at 3:30 PM they are telling me that they wont replace the meter until it is approved. They have wasted so much of my time, at the time of service they didn't send anything for approval and made me visit twice after the service. And now they are asking to come again as they have send some approval email today which was supposed to be send during service. Sheer disrespect of customers time."
